

At Andy Strapz, we believe that our customers are very important. You need to be looked after if we are to continue into our second decade. We try hard to avoid mistakes and put a lot of effort into quality control.
Try as we might, we can't be perfect and I'm sure that most people recognise this. To that end, we work with each customer to ensure they feel they have a fair resolution if a problem arises.
Warranty
We don't really think that a warranty of a certain period of time is of much value. How often have you had a problem with an item just out of its warranty period?
We recognise that as hard as we try, we will not find every flaw or defect in our goods. Our aim is to examine each claim on an individual basis and work with the customer toward a mutally satisfactory resolution. Simple really!
Returns
Simpler still, send what you bought back in new, unused condition and we will happily refund or exchange. For whatever reason.
Privacy
We will never sell or share your contact details to/with any other person or business without your permission.
Shipping
All products will be posted within Australia via Australia Post E-LADS system. This system of post is traceable and requires a signature on delivery.
For international mail we prefer to use Australia Post's Express International service for the same reason. International customers may face import duties imposed by their own customs service.
Unless otherwise arranged, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the freight. While every effort will be made by Andy Things staff to recover, trace and find the goods if lost, the ultimate responsibilty rests with the client.
