Shipping 'n' Stuff

We offer plain Australia eParcel or Express which is trackable, you'll get emails and/or SMS messages. Keep an eye on junk mail.

We post every day of the week - with a cut off time of 14.00 hrs on those days.

Costs - The website is connected to Australia Post shipping apps, we don't charge anymore than they charge us, the exact amount in fact.

There's a few things to know about Express.

  • If you are in an Express zone you'll get Express service. If you're not it's hit and miss. You may be wasting your money.
  • N.B. During the COVID Emergency, Australia Post has dropped it's overnight committment and things are taking extra time in transit.
  • If you have a business address for delivery (sending to work is often a good idea) we can employ other modes of delivery like Toll and TNT, they are often quicker.

If you'd like us to find the best way to ship to you please drop us an email and we'll work out the best option.

Where possible we try to re-use as much packaging as possible to prevent throwing away soft plastics such as bubble wrap. Your gear may come in well travelled boxes and protective padding.

Returns

As long as things come back in new, resellable condition please feel free.

I know ordering over the interweb when you can't touch or feel is a bit of a leap of faith.

The thing is, I hope you feel secure enough to get us to send out some goodies for you to check out. If you don't like them, they don't suit, fit the way you'd hoped, clash with your eyes or don't taste nice...

Send 'em back. We'll exchange, draw up store credit or refund.

Return of incorrectly ordered Pannier Frame Sets. If you have a senior moment and order the wrong frame set, not to worry we'll fix it happily.

However -

  • there will be a $20 repacking fee as well as return postage.
  • if the frame/s are marked or scratched they will need re-powder coating and that on you too, sorry. As you can appreciate, the next person will want a pristine, brand new product. Frustratingly, the first thing they are gonna do is scratch them but that's life.

This is what you need to do.

Make it so that who ever opens the returned package at this end knows what you want to do. Include a note so when we open the package we know exactly what to do and include your phone number plus a copy of the invoice as a minimum.

Chillax, just think of it as parking fees, tolls, fuel and a coffee if you were going to a bricks and motar shop.
